A degree builds knowledge. But interviews, workplace communication and professional behaviour require practical skills.
Colleges see the gap, but often lack the time, faculty bandwidth and structured content to bridge it.
Beyond employability, young women need greater confidence, personal safety and the skills to navigate the workplace.
Project Saksham Yuva addresses all three in one programme, at no cost and with zero additional workload for the college.

The curriculum is aligned to the National Education Policy 2020, and every module carries its own certification.
The full curriculum is available on the eSaheli learning portal, on mobile or desktop, with one year of access for every student.
Students earn a certificate for every module they complete, subject to attendance and assessment requirements.
An AI powered helpdesk provides instant answers, backed by human support whenever required.
Wellness and self defence are part of the core curriculum, building the confidence and safety skills students need beyond the classroom.
Colleges and funding partners can monitor enrolment, progress and completion through a real time dashboard.
EMVF manages the platform, content, student support and reporting. The college simply enables students to participate.

Progress is visible to the college and funding partner through a live dashboard, with performance reported quarterly.
We prepare students for the workplace. We do not promise placements or salaries and we encourage donors to be cautious of anyone who does.
Employment outcomes are tracked and reported honestly as they occur.
Recently launched, Project Saksham Yuva runs on the same platform with the governance and reporting discipline of Project Saksham Mahila.
