There are two people we meet again and again in our work.
The first is a woman in rural Maharashtra with a skill she could turn into a livelihood, but without access to affordable training, guidance in her own language, or support beyond the classroom.
The second is a college student close to graduation, carrying a degree but often without the practical confidence needed to enter the workplace.
We believe the gap is not talent. It is the journey from learning to becoming self reliant.
That is why our programmes are built around the journey, not just the training.
₹5,000 supports one woman through a twelve month journey towards her own registered enterprise.
₹1,500 supports one student through eight certified modules and 48 hours of practical career readiness.
“We do not count enrolments. We count women who stand on their own and students who walk into their careers ready.”
