Certified Skill Course:
A complete vocational course bundle, fully in Marathi — she chooses Beauty & Wellness, Fashion Designing & Tailoring, Art & Craft, or Jewellery Designing.
Your one-time gift can give a rural woman something that lasts far beyond a donation - a skill, a year of support, and the confidence to build her own income.
We don’t stop at training a woman. We stay with her for twelve months — until she is enterprise-ready. Here is everything your contribution funds:
A complete vocational course bundle, fully in Marathi — she chooses Beauty & Wellness, Fashion Designing & Tailoring, Art & Craft, or Jewellery Designing.
A 12-item kit placed in her hands — from her order register and bill book to a UPI QR stand and name board — so she can begin serving customers from day one.
A full-day enrolment and orientation camp in her village, and a certification ceremony where she is felicitated before her community.
Monthly live Q&A sessions, tutor-moderated WhatsApp practice groups, an AI helpdesk, and a helpline — four levels of support, all year.
Udyam (MSME) registration completed on-site at her certification event, her enterprise, in her name, recognised by the Government of India.
Onboarding to marketplace and placement channels, so her skill has somewhere to go.
The complete journey is budgeted at ₹5,000 per woman. Every contribution — whatever the amount — is pooled to complete these journeys.
One woman’s complete journey is budgeted at ₹5,000, structured across three components:
Course & Learning Infrastructure : her certified course bundle in Marathi, portal access, and the four-level mentoring support system for twelve months.
Business Starter Kit: procurement of the 12-item kit placed in her hands at enrolment — her tools of trade from day one.
Mobilisation & Community Events: village-level outreach and verification, the enrolment camp, and her certification ceremony with on-site Udyam (MSME) registration.
Fund utilisation statements are shared in our quarterly reporting. Audited financial statements are available on request at donations@esahelifoundation.org.

“When the trainers arrived at our Gram Panchayat, I had never stitched anything beyond simple alterations. With the Marathi course and the 12-item starter kit with my own signboard and bill register, I took my first orders right from our front room. Today, I stand tall knowing my skills belong to me.”

No — and this is deliberate. All individual contributions are pooled and applied to complete beneficiary journeys. Pooling lets us allocate funds where women are ready to begin, keeps every journey fully funded, and protects the dignity and privacy of our beneficiaries. You can follow the collective impact through our quarterly camp reports.
Every camp is publicly documented on our Camp Reports page with dates, locations, and beneficiary counts. We publish quarterly field reports, and audited financial statements are available on request at donations@esahelifoundation.org.
We currently accept one-time donations of ₹500 to ₹1,00,000. You are always welcome to give again — our quarterly reports will show you what your earlier gift helped build.
Thank you — please visit our Philanthropy page or write to donations@esahelifoundation.org. Larger gifts come with structured recognition, reporting, and the option of naming a training batch.
